What if I want a solo cabin?

You are welcome to secure a cabin for 1 person. The price will be more than if you were sharing with someone but if it is a Sea Terrace OR Central Sea Terrace you will still get the 10% group discount. Simply click on "Go Back To Main Page" then "Non Discounted Cabins". 

Click on any of the links and look for Mia Thomas at the top, change the sailors to what you need then select "view cabins" and check out by paying your deposit. Send me a screenshot of the paid deposit booking number so that you can be moved into the group for group activities.

What if I want to share a cabin with more than 3 adults?

I personally do not think you will have the most elevated experience with more than 2 adults in cabin, but you are welcome to do so. If it is a Sea Terrace OR Central Sea Terrace you will still get the group discount. Simply click on "Go Back To Main Page" then "Non Discounted Cabins".

What if I want to finance my cruise?

We offer Uplift/Flex Pay. This is a soft credit pull. You can finance it for just the deposit amount OR the full amount. I can process your application or you can do it yourself when checking out using my link (ensure it says Mia Thomas). 


If for some reason you are not approved, someone else (even if they are NOT going on the cruise with you) can apply. The entire process takes about 5 min and is done on your cell phone. You must have a checking account to complete the process. 

If you do not want to do it on your own, use the calendar to schedule 1:1 time to get it completed for you. 

Can I match my cruise perks that I have with a different cruise line?

Yes and here are the eligible loyalty programs that Virgin Voyages will match through Oct 2025. This can change at any time. Once you pay your deposit, please inform me that you fall under one of the eligible loyalty programs and we will go from there.

I am sharing a cabin, can we each pay our portion with our own cards?

Yes you can. It has to be done within 12 hours of the first payment. Example if the deposit is $250 per person and person 1 pays, then person 2 needs to pay within 12 hours. I would suggest not paying until all sailors are payment ready at the same time.

What if I need to cancel after I have paid my deposit?

You have 7 days to get your deposit back (specifics apply). Keep in mind, you can always transfer your booking to someone else if you can no longer go. Please review the cancellation policy section of this site for more details on how cancellation for the group works.

What if I am not sure who will share the cabin with me?

No worries. You will have to pay the deposit for all the sailors in your cabin, but you can add/edit names. All deposits/payments will be worked out between you and your sailors as they can personally reimburse you for their portion that you have paid thus far. Royal504Traveler will not manage that exchange.

Are there any restrictions on persons with prior criminal convictions from sailing?

Virgin Voyages reserves the right to deny boarding to any persons convicted of certain felonies, including but not limited to: aggravated physical and/or sexual assault, armed robbery and related offenses, and any other violent crimes.

Virgin Voyages also reserves the right to access public records containing information about any felonious convictions as part of its Sailor screening process, and to cancel a booking and/or deny embarkation at any time to any individual who has been convicted of these crimes. In the event of such cancellation or denial, the affected individual’s sole recourse shall be a refund of the amount paid to Virgin Voyages for that individual’s own booking, without entitlement to any further damages, loss, expenses, credit, or compensation whatsoever.

Can I book connecting cabins?

Connecting cabins were not reserved for the group, but yes you can. Be sure to book early to increase your chances of getting the ability to do so.
