If you have just signed up, or never started to use your Travefy, begin here.
You may be looking for help on using a specific feature. I would suggest starting here
Virgin Voyages
This landing page was created for 2 agents to market the same landing page. As you know, Virgin Voyages offers direct links for each travel agent so that clients can book themselves.
This works well when multiple agents in the same host agency market together but keep commissions separately.
Curacao
When you have a destination of 2-5 trusted "go to" resorts that you include in all of your proposals, consider creating a landing page for that destination.
It allows for more information without over crowding your main page.
Lux Villa w/ Chef
Thinking outside the box can be a great benefit for you as a TA. Attached is an example of a group where they rented out a villa and hired a private chef for the entire stay.
The chef needed the times and meals for each day. Instead of composing that in an email, I duplicated the existing itinerary, removed what did not apply to him and sent him the link.
This allows me update the times or request as needed without having to send an updated email.

Attach your quote form here so they can complete when they are ready. Wanna see an example of what it looks like when using this template to market to the public? Click here
I have been doing a lot of 1:1 sessions with travel advisors about managing groups, and one topic that comes up often is how to best present groups from a public or marketing standpoint.
📋 For example, I created a form specifically for one of my groups and included it directly in the itinerary. As travelers decided they wanted to join, they completed the form so I could collect their information and then send them a proposal with their final pricing for approval.
You might find a format that works well for your own groups.
Paris
Landing pages are not always needed to market to the public or a group.
An itinerary works just as good. I do not provide specifics for public itineraries- just hotel + flight (if applicable) and helpful information for making a decision.
Once the deposit is made, I then provide the specific itinerary details
Non Branded Links
This landing page is an example of two ways to host a "type" of travel. In this case its luxury villas.
I have an example of creating an itinerary for that villa with details and embedding a link to the non branded link OR routing the client directly to the non branded link
Royalton CHIC
Landing pages are not always needed and public itineraries can be just as effective.
Here is an example of a resort itinerary that I sell and keep on my main page but just swap out the dates throughout the year.
Cruises
Consider organizing your landing page by type. Instead of having 5 cruises on your main page plus other trips, have a landing page for all things cruise related OR a landing page for all things Guided Tours related OR all things Kid Friendly related etc
Simply make one "card" for cruises, Guided Tours, Kid Friendly etc on your main page and when the client clicks, it leads to a new landing page all about that type of travel.
You can use this concept for branded resorts like Karisma, Blue Diamond, Hyatt, etc as well.
